Some of the videos made on Tik Tak are also accused of not paying attention to social ethics and spreading obscenity and nudity. A similar allegation was made against a high-profile Egyptian ballet dancer, Seema al-Masri, after which she has faced legal action.

According to the details, a court in Egypt has sentenced a ballet dancer to three years imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 pounds for spreading obscenity in a video made on Tik Tak.

According to the British newspaper Mirror, Tik Taker's statement is that his videos and photos have been stolen and leaked and he had no such intention. However, the court rejected his position and convicted the 42-year-old woman. The court remarked that al-Masri violated family rules and acted immorally.
