Addressing a function in Muzaffarabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that he was proud to help those who are having a difficult time on the LOC, adding that health cards would be issued to 1.2 million citizens in Azad Kashmir. The Ehsas program will provide money to 138,000 families.
