Around 200,000 people infected with Corona in Pakistan, 73 more killed in 24 hours, 86,000 recover


ISLAMABAD (Pak News) In the last 24 hours, 3,138 new cases of corona virus have been reported in Pakistan while 73 people have lost their lives.

According to the details, 21,033 tests were carried out across Pakistan in the last 24 hours in which another 3,138 people were diagnosed with the virus, bringing the number of infected people to 1,98,883. The total number of deaths with 73 deaths was 4,035 while 86,906 people have recovered.

The highest number of corona virus cases is currently in Sindh where the number has reached 76,318 while in Punjab 72,880, KPK 24,943, Islamabad 12,206, Gilgit-Baltistan 1417, Balochistan 10,116 and Azad Kashmir So far, 1,003 people have been diagnosed with the virus.

The Corona virus has killed 73 more people in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 4,035, with the highest death toll in Punjab at 1,656, Sindh at 1,205, KPK at 890 and Islamabad at 120, 23 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 113 in Balochistan and 28 in Azad Kashmir have lost their lives.

The highest number of patients have returned home after recovering 41,992 in Sindh , 21,340 in Punjab, 11,804 in KPK, 6,529 in Islamabad, 1,027 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 3 in Balochistan and 3,768 in Azad Kashmir so far.

Worldwide, the number of people affected by Corona has exceeded 9.91 million, while the number of deaths from Corona has risen to 496,991. According to media reports, as of last reports, 5,360,798 Corona patients have recovered worldwide.
